1 package of puff pastry or make it with yourself! 1 package of puff pastry + 100g (4 oz) whole almonds 1 tube red decorating icing Directions 1. Shape fingers with the dough 2 . Press one almond into one end of each biscuit to give the appearance of a long fingernail. 3.Bake in the oven around 20 minutes. 4. Remove the almond and squeeze red icing into the cavity; replace the almond ...it looks like blood! |

Ingredients
For the filling: 500g pumpkin, cooked and pureed + 1tin evaporated milk / "crème liquide" 2 eggs + 175g dark brown soft sugar + 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon + 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger + 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg For the pastry: 350g (12 oz) plain flour +1 teaspoon salt + 200g (7 oz) butter + 125ml (4 fl oz) cold water Directions 1.Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas mark 6. 2. Cut pumpkin into chunks. In a saucepan , boil until tender. Drain, cool and remove the peel. 3.Mash 500g of pumpkin with a potato masher. 4.Prepare pastry 5. In a large bowl with mixer speed on medium, beat pumpkin with evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Mix well. Pour into a prepared pie dish. 6. Bake 40 minutes! |

150g pumpkin seeds + 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil SALTY 1/2 teaspoon salt or SWEET Cinnamon & sugar Directions 1.Preheat oven to 140 C / Gas mark 1. 2.Combine the olive oil, salt or sugar/cinnamon and pumpkin seeds. Mix thoroughly and place in baking dish. 3.Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. |
